How do excited molecules choose between competing pathways?
How can structure, environment and chemical inputs redirect photochemistry?
How can controlled photochemistry generate motion, reactivity and non-equilibrium function?
About us
We treat photochemistry as a programmable reaction landscape.
We investigate how excited-state pathways emerge, how they can be redirected, and how they can be coupled to molecular function.
We are the organic photochemistry group of Dr. Stefano Crespi, affiliated with the Synthetic Molecular Chemistry Program of the Ångström Laboratory at the University of Uppsala.
